Dr Vikas Singh is a young and talented Interventional Cardiologist based at Patna. He has received many gold medals and awards for academic excellence and in recognition of his talent. He happens to be the only Cardiologist from India to have been nominated by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India for the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship in the year 2013. However, he has chosen to stay back and practice in India, serving the people of Bihar.
